Anti-loosening washers (spring washers) made from 316-grade stainless steel.  Spring washers are positioned under the nut to help prevent the bolted joint from loosening over time, particularly for uses subject to vibration.  For structural bolted joints it is often the best policy to ‘torque-up’ the bolted joint well, which in its own way is often the best way to prevent loosening.  To achieve proper bolted joint torques though relies on the parts to be bolted together being strong enough to take the clamping load (without squashing).  In some cases, eg when bolting tubular sections together it is not possible to achieve the proper ‘torqued-up’ load, and this is where other measures like spring-washers are useful.
