Available in a choice of 2 sizes to fit 22mm or 25mm tube diameter this fitting fits 22mm diameter tube. These sturdy folding joints provide a quick way to fold a frame to a closed position (180-degree) angle.  Made from A4 (316) Stainless Steel ensures the hinge will keep its polished look whether used indoors or outdoors due to its high corrosion resistance.

They are easy and quick to install, the ends of your two tubes can be connected by inserting them into the sockets and the tubes are secured in place with the grub-screw also provided in each end. When the quick-release pin that comes with this folding unit is inserted, the fitting is locked in the straight-line position.  When the pin is removed, the joint can be folded around on itself a full 180-degrees. The quick-release ball-pin incorporates a hoop to allow the pin to be tethered so it doesn’t get misplaced or dropped.
