Returns and Refunds

Returns of your purchases at Architectrual Stainless Fittings is easy.  We work hard to ensure our descriptions and dimensions on our product listings are accurate and complete, and to help you select the right products for your needs.

In the unlikely event that you need to return some or all of your ordered items just get in touch with us by one of the following methods:

We will authorise your return, and refund you for your order once the goods have been received back. 

All we ask is that you return the goods in the same condition as you received them, and please include the packaging and paperwork that were sent out with your order. 

In the case that your order contains products which have to be modified by us for your order, including cutting wire rope to your chosen length, and including swaging of fittings onto wire rope we reserve the right to not refund these items.  Please therefore check your order carefully before going ahead with your purchase, and do call us if in doubt.
